The Dunman Separator
The Dunman Separator is a fresh approach to removal of contaminants from industrial waste water.
Over 14 years of experience and development effort in many different environments now results in this patented technology.
Key benefits Of Dunman Separator:
Intended for high volumes.
Able to remove a wide range of contaminants.
Small footprint relative to volume of water that can be processed.
Completely enclosed to eliminate odours, spills and other    environmental impacts.
Relatively low initial and running costs.
Allows continuous treatment of contaminated water to take place, without interruption for cleaning or replacement of parts.
Contains no moving parts, other than easily accessible pumps.
Able to accommodate variable or intermittent input flows.
Requires a minimum of human management.
Intended to run as a “stand alone” solution, but easily integrated with pre or post treatment stages.
Range of contaminants that can be removed:
Particulate contaminants, including those with specific gravity near to the specific gravity of water. Examples include sand, shell fragments, organic material such as vegetation fragments and solid components of animal waste.
Surfactant contaminants, including fine inorganic matter, proteins, organic molecules including some sugars and micro organisms such as bacteria, algae, fungi, fats and oils.
Dissolved gasses, for example ammonia, hydrogen sulphide, CO2.
Dissolved volatile liquid contaminants such as the lower alcohols and volatile petroleum distillates.
Detergents and other cleaning agents.
